Alec is an 8+ year veteran of the central Ohio commercial real estate industry, having served as both a principal and broker in transactions totaling more than $500MM. In 2021, Alec started Fargin Ventures, a real estate private equity firm, with a focus on leveraging his network and relationships with sponsors to provide investors the opportunity to invest alongside best-in-class operators in the most premier deals in the market. Alec is a founding member of ArchPoint and helps lead its business development, acquisitions and investor relations efforts.

Grant began his career in investment banking with Nomura Credit & Capital followed by a position within the Debt Capital Markets Group at William Blair & Company. Subsequently, he co-founded JJ Ventures, a multi-unit franchisee investment group which he eventually sold the majority of. Grant is a founding member of ArchPoint and helps lead its finance and operations efforts.

Stony Burks began his career with Stonehenge Company, managing over 600 commercial and residential units as Director of Service Delivery. As a long-time resident and community leader, Stony spends much of his time focusing on the need for affordable housing in Central Ohio partnering with affordable housing organizations like, Finance Fund and The Affordable Housing Trust, addressing the needs of those who are most vulnerable in our growing community. Always committed to diversity and community impact, he mentors high school students through National City for Urban Solutions and volunteers at Lower Lights Community Health Center. He is a founding member of ArchPoint and is responsible for property management and community relations.
Stony holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and minor and human resources from Wisconsin Lacrosse University.
